chutneys, pickles and jellies.

No artificial additives, preservatives and colourings are used in our products, so most should be kept in the fridge once opened.

The colour and consistency of our products may fluctuate due to seasonal variations.
Our ingredients are either grown by us or sourced locally from the New forest area.

JAMS (340g) All have the New Forest Marque.

New Forest Blackcurrant Jam	New Forest blackcurrants burst with flavour in this jam. Try it on crumpets for a delicious teatime treat.
New Forest Damson Jam	A purple velvet speciality, great on hot buttered toast.
New Forest Greengage Jam	Green and gorgeous. A scrumptious seasonal speciality.
New Forest Hedgerow Jam	A deep flavoured jam made from the fruits of the New Forest autumn hedgerow.
New Forest Raspberry Jam	A full-flavoured jam made from New Forest raspberries. This jam is delicious in sponge cakes, scones or on toast.
New Forest Rhubarb, Orange and Ginger Jam	Two types of ginger gives the New Forest rhubarb a real zing.
New Forest Strawberry Jam	This is a softer set jam, as no additional gelling agents are used. It is made from succulent strawberries grown in the New Forest and really is 'the taste of summer in a jar'.
New Forest Tayberry Jam	A cross between a blackberry and a raspberry, New Forest tayberries make a gorgeous seasonal jam.

MARMALADES (340g)

Seville Orange Marmalade	A breakfast favourite, made traditionally with the bitter sweet oranges. Currently out of stock until the new season's oranges are available.
Pink Grapefruit and Cranberry	Great colour and wonderful on breakfast toast.
Three Fruits Marmalade	Made with sweet oranges, tangy grapefruits and zesty lemons.

JELLIES (227g) All have the New Forest Marque.

New Forest Redcurrant Jelly	A bright, smooth and flavoursome crimson jelly. A favourite served with roast lamb or add to a Cumberland sauce.
New Forest Crab Apple Jelly	A bright amber jelly, delicious with game or roast pork or simply on toast. Currently out of stock.
New Forest Quince Jelly	Aromatic and amber. A great accompaniment to roast lamb, pork or game. Currently out of stock.

Perfectly-Preserved Chutneys are cooked long and slowly, ensuring the rich combination of fruits, vegetables and spices produce the perfect condiment.

New Forest Apple Chutney	Using apples from our own garden, this traditional chutney is tangy and sweet and perfect with cheeses.
New Forest Autumn Chutney	Combining New Forest apples, tomatoes and plums. This is a fruity companion to fish, cheese & meats.
